IT Support: The different ways in which you can get reactive IT Support and Advice…

IT problems are not always predictable, and usually happen at the worst possible moment. Whilst benefiting from our Pro-Active IT support a lot of the common problems can be avoided, things still do happen and you need to know that you’ve got just the support you need, whenever and wherever you are.

That’s why, with a brokenStones IT Package we have four main ways you can get reactive IT Support, help and Advice. All our IT engineers know their stuff, they are Microsoft and / or Cisco Certified but more importantly they know how important it is to communicate in Plain English, and not ‘Geek Speak’.

Here’s a brief overview of the different ways in which you can get IT Support, if you want help or more info on any of the items below just call Andy, Hugh or Rachael on 01543 241207 and they’ll sort everything for you.

The IT Clinic’s

Every month there is an opportunity for you to come along to one of our IT Clinics.

Based at our offices in Lichfield, these are you opportunity to speak to any of our team about any IT related issues, large or small. Whether you are having trouble formatting a word document in a specific way, can’t work out why an email won’t send or want advice on buying a new printer the IT clinic is your chance to get these problems looked at.

There is also free Internet Access, Tea and Coffee all day long! Though you might want to bring your own biscuits, they never seem to last long in our offices!

If you’ve already got a support package with us, there is no need to book, you just turn up on the day! If you’re on the ‘Essential’ package or above then they are free to attend, If you’re on the Basic Package it’s £25, and it you’re not yet on one of our support packages then please call 01543 241207 to book on.

Drop off and Diagnose

If you’ve got a problem with your computer but not quite sure what, or you don’t want to hang around whilst it’s looked at then the drop off and Diagnose service is ideal for you. Drop your machine in to us and whilst you’re off at a meeting (or shopping!) we’ll take a look, if it’s something simple you’ll be able to collect it all fixed and ready the next day, or if it requires more work we’ll provide a full report and quote of what needs doing for you.

We only have a limited number of Drop off and Diagnose spaces available each week, booking is essential. To book you computer in for our IT Support team to look at simply call 01543 241207 and speak to Rachael or Hugh who will be happy to help.

Remote IT Support

By far the quickest way to get IT Support, simply call up the support team on 01543 241207 and you’ll have someone logged in to your computer looking at your problem within a few seconds. If you’ve not already got a support package we’ll take you through the setup process and a few moments later you’ll get your IT problems sorted.

On-site IT Support

If you’d prefer to have a one of our friendly IT engineers come out and see you in your own office then On-Site IT Support is the choice for you! Your engineer will be there for as long as is needed to get your problem fixed.
